Hey FallingLeaf. Looks like we just changed place's so to speak I was raised in New Mexico a small town called Fort Sumner if you know where that is. For last almost 45 years have lived in Texas last 34 in Dallas For Worth area. That is a big change you made. Would rather be in a rural area any day then in this city a lot more to do out there and not everyone looking over your shoulder. Welcome to TGH.

You know it is a huge change but so worth it.. clap
Instead of hearing refineries rumbling and wondering when or if it is going to blow...I have no noise except the sound of a birds wings or hummingbirds..Now the coyotes took some getting used to but once I saw they leave me alone to go have their daily runs into the city to have their free meals of pets...They only are around me if the cow neighbors are close by.. nervous
Have a great day,

Hey, Jimmy,
Things are great here but probably changed a bit...I have five acres outside Rio in Sandoval, bought a water truck and had to send pictures in of the truck, show on a graft where I was parking it on my five acres...Then pay $70.00 for the priveledge to park the big truck here for one year... clap
No water so we bring it in... Glad the zoning approved.. blush
County said, my neighbors might complain nearest is four miles... lol
But we do love it out here..
Nice to meet you
