Yep I went to Lowes to get some weed and feed ,, of course I had to look in their clearance tables,,
I got 3 purple and one white( only one white one there ~ again ) I think they are osteopermun's I'm not sure there wasn't a tag,, the petals are [i]almost spoon shaped,, they aren't all the way opened yet,, tho the purple ones appear more spoon shaped,,,, Any one know for sure what these are??

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee
and 3 delphinum in gallons pots You can see some in K paw pic. also got I believe it's a double petaled patunia,, in a hanging basket,
and these phlox??? I already put in a planter that I had reserved for succulents, I went ahead and put these in the top,, I know when it gets hot here These won't last I had them last year in the bird cage planter,, So I'll enjoy them for now,, the rest of the planter already has succulents, dew plant and sedum in it,,
I still haven't gotten over the great solar lights and now this. Why can't I find a good sale in this area? A few weeks ago when I was having my hair cut one of the stylists came and with beautiful pots he had "just gotten at Home Depot for $5.00 a piece." I went straight there when I got through and they were all gone.
WOW Diane - more great bargains!!! I am soooo jealous! We NEVER get such terrific plants at such low prices!
Those first few are definitely osteospermum - and you are correct in calling them spoon petals.
I can't grow delphinium here, but I just LOVE the blues!
That kanagaroo's paws is COOL!!!
And you can't tell me that that hanging basket wasn't more than $2.50?!?!?!?
NOOOOOOOOOO fair! But I'm sooooooooooo glad that YOU got them!!!
Totally ditto to that!!!!! I can't find very good deals on plants around here....we have a nice nursery but it's expensive, our Walmart plants are half to totally dead, and Lowes plants are even pretty pricey here.

Thanks Lynne!! Now I'm really really Happy,, I've wanted spooned daisey's for a long time!! yipeeeeeeee!!
I sure can tell you it was 2.50 it was the last one the lady was marking prices as I was there I asked her the price,, as there wasn't a tag on it,, she took her tag gun and marked it,, everything she had been marking up to that point her marking gun was set at 2.50 I was in the right place at the right time with the right lady reducing prices with the right price!

BTW, I'm glad you got such good deals ----it seems like it's taking forever for my time to go get flowers---usually in late April. Trying to have patience here, but seeing your buys makes me itch to go buy plants. I need to fix up the birdcage soon too with rustoleum and a liner.
Ok Dianne, it seems none of us can get good sales. You need to go into business and buy cool stuff for a % and mail it to us. Or we could all move to Texas with you.

~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.
Come on down here Sheri, Faye, Loz and anyone else my door is always open to friends!,, we'll have a down home BBQ, plenty of eats, and sit on the patio , then,,,,,,, I'd take you to Lowes,,

Mom does love Lowes, she drags me around all the time---the only part I like is the nursery part. Okay, so Tamara---you get down to Lynne's....We can get you both in Washington DC, and then head to Texas.
We should just hire a mini bus,and all go. Dianne would love that, I'll sleep in a tent if you dont have room, but not with Loz, she likes her comfort.

I have plenty of room two extra beds room,, and a large living room that will sleep six! Loz can have the formal dining room,, alllllllll to her self! and the weather will be nice enough to sleep out side at 70 degrees at night ,,
