The goldfinches are bright yellow again and like little scraps of sunshine! also saw my first bluebird on the road down to the barn. I have an oriole feeder and am wondering when to put it out. I have not seen any orioles up at the barn and there were scads of them last year. I only saw an oriole twice in my yard in town and was hoping to attract them. When should I put my Hummingbird feeders out? Last year they were more interested in the lilacs than the feeders.

That's good that you've got flowers that the hummers like better than the liquid. That's my goal too - to have enough flowers or the right kind of flowers so they won't need the liquid.

My Red Cannas have started coming up again. Hundreds of little shoots coming up around last year's dead stubs. The Hummers LOVE then when they bloom.

Love them! :ding:

I had a pair in my yard today! First one's I've noticed this spring. I didn't have time to grab my camera though.
