yes - I had a container of berries that I bought over a week ago, but no one would eat them here because they were picked too soon and VERY tart!!! So when I bought a new box yesterday, I sliced up the old ones and put them outside hoping the birds would like them. I'm glad the squirrel was eating them though, because he left the birdfeeder alone for a day!!!
