I'm thinking I would like to line my driveway with dwarf fruit trees. Specifically plum, peach, pear, cherry and apple. I have about 100 feet down one side of the drive. What I'm wondering about is can I put them all together without any ill effects?

I have a peach and a plum tree growing next to each other and they are perfectly healthy.
Waiting for fall...

Shouldnt have any problems, just do your best to keep them disease free. Follow a spray program, and good cleanup practices, to keep from spreading any dieases to other trees. Some diseases are specific to certain kinds of fruits (ex. Fireblight pears, and apples)

I have a mixed fruit orchard. We have peach, fig, quince, plum, pear, crabapple and cherry. I've not noticed any adverse effects.
