Big pepper head here- I am putting in 234 hot pepper plants, and 13 Bells (in a far location away from the Chiles!)

Varieties I am growing:
Bolivian Rainbow, Pretty Purple pepper, Golden Cayenne, Red Thin Cayennes, Hot Paper Lantern (Habenero Type pepper) Fish pepper, Numex Twilight, Chiltepins, Early Jalapeno, Serranos, Cascabellas, Hungarian Yellow Wax, Santa Fe, Pasilla Bajios (Chile Negro aka Chihaucle) Tobago Seasoning, Hot Lemon Drop Aji, Orange Thai, Bulgarian Carrot, Hot Yellow Squash, Kung Pao, Super Chili.......

California wonders for bells... whew!

Needless to say the greenhouse is packed!!!

This year I have:

Gypsy
Tabasco
Anaheim
Tasty Colorbell - red, yellow, purple, orange
Jalapeño
Jalapeño Lite
Giant Marconi
Cubanelle
Ancho Poblano
Hot Banana
Sweet Banana
Cowhorn
Antohi Romanian
Super Red Ruffled
Topepo

The A Romanian is new to me this year. I wanted to try it because I keep hearing about how beautifully coloured it is when ripe.

Here's my pepper list. Have 96% germination on one flat. Need to be potting it up but think I have germination of every variety. I didn't separate op's. and hybrids ore sweet and hots. Also many of these are from a grower/breeder in the Arkansas River valley in CO close to me. They have been selected and bred for this climate and do very well here. If they have a number, Select, Kim or Larson in their name they came from him. JD

Wow is right! I only plant the sweet bell type, though I planted about 50 plants last year of that kind. Not sure what I'll have this year .... I haven't transplanted them yet. Maybe next week.
