I've had a fuschia gloxina for years that I kept reproducing by sticking leaves into the soil. Last year I seen a red and white one, and a lilac color gloxina in the store that I found to be interesting colors, so I bought them. After they died back I used a few methods to reproduce them and nothing. Why would the store ones be different than the one I've had for years. The store ones appear to be grown in soiless pots...would that have anything to do with the reproduction outcome?
