Can anyone help me out?

I have weird things growing in my yard. lol

First is this, it was planted in a basket last year---I didn't label it--have no idea what it is...it never truly died over the winter...it just sort of looked a little worse. Now it's growing with gusto and I'd like to know what it is. Silly me for not labeling it. egad Came from seeds someone sent me.

I also have these seeds popping up in this planter, I think I planted them last year and nothing happened....but here they are...what are they?

I have this "tree" coming up.....it's been here for several years and I didn't want to pull it out in case it was something I liked, but I don't know what it is....the leaves are sort of red at first, and I'm pretty sure it flowers eventually. Knowing my luck it's probably Poison Sumac or something. lol

This is coming up in one of my bed and I don't want to pull it until I know what it is, it's about a foot high.

And finally this, is it a weed? It's flowering little white flower right now so I left it temporarily.

The pics are all 640 by 480, hopefully PB shows them that size--they can mess it up sometimes. I'd make them even smaller but you might need them bigger to see details.

Don't you mean nutser?
I blank out on plant names all of the time. Everyday ordinary plants. Like geranium or something. I can remember pelargonium hortatum but I'll be darned if I can remember geranium. I've many plants that are missing the labels that I planted them with. But I don't let it bother me too much. I also have most in a notebook if I really need to look up what variety something is.

Yep nuttser. lol

I got a bunch of seeds I wasn't familiar with in the swap a few years ago, so I thought---hey---let's just throw them in and plant them.

I would never remember Pelargonium Hortatum. haha

Hey, if you like it and it is growing healthy and not invasive don't let it bother you. (easy for me to say right?) They're all a mystery to me too.

Loz, I am thinking the red tree is some kind of maple--and I know we had the second tree come up volunteer at the farm---so let me ask Rod tonight-

and hey! perhaps when the flowers actually fower---you can find out what they are by that.

Loz, I'm pretty sure the last one is a weed.....and it is invasive! I'm nearly 100% positive it is what we had growing at the old house and it was an awful thing! I thought I had pictures of how much of my gardens it had taken over, but all I could find was a picture of a sedum in early spring with one of these weeds near it.

I figured it was a weed, I don't remember seeing it around here before though and since it had a flower and not much has flowers right now I left it until one of you told me for sure it was a weed. lol

The fourth one looks like garlic mustard.

We have lots of that 'round here.

That 4th one loz looks an awful lot like something I have that I have no idea what it was. I let it grow last year and it was horrendous! Starts out like that but then grows into this scary vine that climbed every fence I had and the garage to boot!
