I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm Gena and I live in rural southern IL. I've tried gardening before and failed miserably due to lack of knowledge and guidance. Ok and maybe lack of "drive" as well grin This year, with the current level of grocery prices, I've got the drive! Anyway...I'm sure I'll have millions of questions, but for now I'm off to read back through the threads.

Thanks for the welcome y'all! Juniegirl, I actually know where Worden is and have been there :) Many years ago my uncle was the pastor at the Methodist church there. I'm about 2 hours straight east of you now. We are kind of in that part of southern IL that is only southern because it isn't Chicago LOL!
