Helping the world one seed at a time

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee

spring is well underway here now,
and my early perennials are blooming
their hearts out. Not quite as showy
as yours, though, Alan. You can only do
so much with a subdivision backyard...

I try to take one day at a time -- but sometimes several days attack me at once.

Neko- that's beautiful! What are the small red and white flowers? They look like they may be primroses, but I can't really tell.

They're primulas--aka primroses, Alan, descended from a pack of primula elatior seeds I bought at a local nursery over ten years ago which may make them F2s, I believe, as they set seeds for me. T & M carries them. And an appreciative Thanks for the compliments.
