It's kinda late here to be doing radishs, but when I heard how fast they produce I just couldn't resist. how do you know when they are ready to harvest? seed pack says 'begin pulling when roots are 1/2" across'. I've read this a hundred times! ha ha do they mean pull up one and see if the raddish is 1/2" across? and if you pull it up and it's not ready do you just stick it back in the ground and wait a few more days? variety is french breakfast.

Just pull one to check. Radishes get too strong in flavour if left get too large.
