I planted these cyan peppers on the 15th of march so it is 6 weeks and they want to flower. There is still 4 weeks before I will be planting out side so I wanted to ask if you think the flowers will fall off when I transplant them out side.

wow, EC is predicting more snow??!! I had a pepper plant, started in Jan (a lot too early) and it kept on putting out flower buds, but they all fell off. Mine is dead now, it doesn't get a lot of light. The weather this year has been dare I say 'weirder' than usual (from the winters I remember)

Helping the world one seed at a time

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee

I guess the weird weather out in Calgary is due to Global Warming.

The term Global Warming has been dropped for Global Climate change. The increase of CO2 holding in the heat causing the melting of the glaciers will cause the gulf stream to stop and begin an ice age. We just had a dump and it did not stay but the flakes where huge and all floaty...lol...They say there is more to come...

The weather is weird all over from twisters to cyclones of mass murder.

As gardeners we all have carbon sinks in the garden and some greenhouse centers even use co2 generators. A green thumb a green world.

Is there anyone out there living in a straw bale home?

That would be a way to reduce the co2 and save trees to suck up co2-s...

below a link to an art pictorial through the millennium from
cave drawings to space pictures with crop circles etc.

enjoy

I heard about your snow on the weather channel. I think Rosepetal lives in Calgary also.

Strange thing is that we are the ones on the Eastern side that usually get the snow but yet it has been staying milder and sending us rain.

Hope your gardening is o.k.

I do how ever believe that we are more likely to be hit by an asteroid before the climate changes so must that we cant live on earth anymore.

Did anyone here, see the documentary, After the Impact. The highest prized skill will be horticulture and food storage and water purification. Perhaps we need a modern day Ark but for all manner of seed.
