I live in southern Florida. Received this type of heather for mother's day. Does not provide care directions. Indoor or outdoor with the extreme heat we receive here?

Italian Heather is better suited for pots, but can be grown outdoors. It needs a sunny, well drained spot in acidic soil. They are usually grown in cool greenhouses and sold as specialty plants for holidays like Mother's Day. They are not very frost tolerant.
