Sounds strange,but it's true.My peas grew through 90 degree temps and are still blooming like crazy  !The growing tips got damaged,but they bounced back!A few plants grew above the trellis which is only about four feet tall.The peas are a short variety that need support.

100+ temps are on the way!The heat will certainly kill the peas!I must cover them to keep them from dying from the heat.

Hmm...peas are a cool weather crop. Maybe you can shade them somehow to bring the temperature a little lower.

They survived but nowI'm letting the remaining pods grow and I'll harvest the seeds later.
