Whats the name of the bugger on the left with reddish spots?

I took this monday at my sisters?????????????????????Help, help.

it looks like it has a wren shaped body, but your saying red spots...so I don't know?

KNOWN bird at your sis's. The bird on the left with the red spots is a male House Sparrow. The bird on the right is the FEMALE House Sparrow. These birds were imported from England to New York City's Central Park, along with Starlings and Pigeons, in the mid to late 19th Century, much to the devastation of North American birds, especially the Eastern bluebird. They are NOT protected by ANY law ANYWHERE in the New World.

That being said, they are fun to watch and are awfully CUTE! I have about 150 that nest in my yard. They LOVE to have their picture taken, too.
