Is there a way of transplanting trees safely? A method of transplant which will keep them alive....I can transplant most anything but have had little to no luck with trees.

Thank You

I to had to move some trees this worked for me.First remember the hight of the tree means the roots are going to be that tall under ground so you will have to dig a pretty large amount of roots. The hole you move the tree to should be a little bigger so the roots can move and grow.I like to fill the hole with water to see how fast it drains if you have clay soil then your water will drain slowly and you won't have to water as much.Get as much of the roots as you can if you don't get alot then the roots will struggle to find water.Don't be alarmed if you get some dead branches its going to happen, just prune it.The first year or two it my look a little sad just give it alot of water.I hope this helps you.Good luck
