Who uses cover crops/green manure/living mulch? I am trying to gather info and see what might work for me. The Organic Gardening mag recommended sudan grass where you will grow next year. Then it dies overwinter and you just dig where you want to plant something and the dead grass is mulch. But that only helps a future area for one year. Any thoughts?
