Hi! It's me again. I have an apostle plant which is now basically two big plants in one pot. I've had it a few years and this is the first year where both plants are blooming and it's really a treat! The second plant came when the first put out a little baby and I stuck it in the dirt. When the third baby came earlier this year, I removed it and gave it as a gift. Is it possible to separate these two that I have?

I also have a shamrock plant which seems to have a fungus or other oddity, as the leaves have white spots. I tried cutting it down but when it grew back, the spots were there. Should I take the little carrots out and get new dirt?

Thank you!

By the way, these two plants are joined by others all in a south window, getting marginally a good deal of light/sun.

Good plan. I wish that the little things would divide-do they? Mine haven't so far, and I got the plant from my aunt in Pennsylvania who no longer lives at her little house where she grew them in the ground. Maybe I'll snag another one at St. Patty's Day.
Thanks!

you will be surprised at how many of the "carrots" that are underground when you repot it!
