It's finally getting nice out. Anyone have grilling recipes to share? I LOVE grilling - less dishes to do! My family gets tired of the same'ol potatoes cut up in aluminum and put on the grill. Any other ideas for main dishes and side dishes on the grill?

Have you ever wrapped a roast covered with dry onion soup in aluminum foil and cooked it on the grill?? I do not remember the cooking time, though anyone know? put layers of sliced potatoes, sweet onions, tomatoes, butter and seasonings to taste on a greased piece of foil and wrap tightly. grill for about 30 minutes or until potatoes test done. I also put cut kernals from corn on the cob on aluminum foil with butter and a bit of wawter (for steam) and wrap tightly and grill for about 15-20 minutes. Yummy

I cook everything on the grill, just double wrap with foil to prevent burning.

I was just going to say corn on the cob...
but my other all time favoritest thing is ZUCCHINI w/ ITALIAN DRESSING.. slice it length wise, so they're good and long.. You can either marinate or brush with a paintbrush....
Just put grill marks on either side, and pull off..
***I use Robusto Italian Dressing, by Wishbone***
and I do it to Yellow squash too...
My other favorite is doing Italian Sausages'.. and use the tin foil for the onion and greenpeppers...

I love to grill and grill just about anything I can. We love to grill asparagas. Lay the asparagas on some foil drizzle with E.V.O.O. salt and pepper wrap it up and throw it on the grill for a few min. I like mine firm. Also corn on the cob right on the grill husk and all. I can't wait for corn season. Anyone know what a tri-tip is ??? We love to grill tri-tip. and the left over meat makes a mean beef dip sandwich!MMMMMMMMM.......
