As a fairly new gardener, I thought I would share this with other new
gardeners. I took a good look at my plants in the garden, and noticed that
some of the leaves looked mal-formed. At a closer look, the leaves were
sort of glued together. Looking even closer, there was a tiny caterpillar
in each "leaf purse", or a lot of eggs. EEEEK. So that's where they're hiding!
I did a tour and cleaned out all these little invaders, feeling like I'd
conquered some of what-ever was munching on my beautiful plants. Good feeling!
Just a tip for others looking for an easy way to combat some of the bugs. :-)
I am worried that these caterpillars and eggs might be "good bugs", but I don't think so. Please speak up if I'm doing wrong.
