Hi,

Bought a beautiful dahlia plant, came home repotted it for the porch with some vinca and now it's loaded with buds that just won't open. Their heads begin to droop, get brown and die. It does not appear to have bugs but some leaves have white on the edges. Is there hope or should I, sadly, pitch it? If not, should I spray it with something?
