This stuff is yummy.
I cook two cups of dry pasta then cool....I use shells.
Meanwhile cook and crumble 1/2 pound of hamburg(ground beef) meat, then add 1/2 package of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Cook up til water evaporates. Cool.
Mix noodles and meat.
Mix 3/4 cup mayonaisse, the other 1/2 package of taco seasoning, 1 tsp white sugar and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Blend well then add to noodle and meat mix.
Throw in the fridge for an hour and serve with tortilla chips.
