After a very long absence, I am back. I have missed my many friends from here. I appreciate the cards at Christmas and the emails I received.

My health has not been good and to add to it all I lost my internet connection for almost 4 months.

Yes my back is the still the problem and hasn't gotten better, instead it is worse and the doctors told me there isn't anything more then can do to help me.

Yes the weather here has been very wet, hot and very very humid!!!!! I don't even have a garden this year for the first time in probable 10 years..I do have a few tomato plants in landscape pots though. Not even flowers in any of the flower beds either.

Better you do have your own tomatoes there then store bought now days,,

Well you just let me know and I'll throw some cone flower seeds your way and you or hubby can just toss them in the fall and next spring you'll have cone flowers with very little effort at all,, ,, It must be hard for you to not get out there and garden,, I think God everyday I don't have back problems,, keeping fingers crossed it won't develop,, either,,,, did any of your perennials come back??

Hey Comfrey, I'm so glad you are back. It's great to hear from you. I'm sorry your back has gotten so bad you weren't able to have a garden this year. I hope you'll be able to have one next year. Maybe a raised bed so you don't have to bend. Or containers they can be a good option too.

I don't know what I would do without an internet connection for 4 months. They might find me in a corner spouting gibberish.

Anyway glad you are back.
