make a paste with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup vinegar, set aside.

Mix 5 cups white vinegar
5 cups white sugar
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp tumeric
Boil 3 minutes then add cuke mix and cook 8 minutes. Slowly whisk in flour paste mix and cook another 5 minutes.

Seal up in sterilized jars.

You can also make this recipe using 1/2 cup dry mustard powder in the flour mix to make a mustard relish.
