Here's a recipe that my cooking class teacher gave me:
No Bake Cookies
1. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. 2. Combine in saucepan: 1/2 stick margarine 1/4 cup milk 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 3. Boil mixture on medium heat for 1 min. 4. Add and stir together 1 1/2 cup quick oats 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla yields 18 cookies Enjoy!
This sounds ymmmy, Enrique! And I think Maxi will enjoy making them for his friends. Thanks for posting it and I will let you know how they turn out.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart? The other heart was given to another for us to find.
The recipe is almost the same as my macaroons(Frogs) but I think the peanut butter is a great addition. Now If I drizzled them also with a caramel taffy?????? o.k. I gotta make some of these later and give them a try
~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.
Tamara--what I do is after the 1 minutes boiling of the chocolate mass, I then add the vanilla and the peanut butter (1/2 cup). The choc ingredients are so hot the peanut butter stirs in very quickly and easily.---Then I add the minute oats, and blend well---but I add 3 cups, sometimes 3 & 1/2 cups. I will be making some soon as well.!!!
You need to work very quickly with mine though, they set up so soon--but I think it tastes so much like fudge.
