Carol (JunieGirl) sent me this plant a few months ago, and I've been growing it indoors in a western window. I was thrilled to see it blooming the other day. It's not fully in bloom yet, but I am so excited, that I wanted Carol to see it now!
I put it outside to take the pictures, but might leave it there in case the hummingbirds like the nectar in the blooms. If it looks like it is starting to sunburn I will bring it back inside. Today is a very cloudy day so I think it will be ok.
I just had to show the pot it's in - how did Carol know to send the perfect colored plant for this pot that I already had?!?
Gee--I love the bloom--I had NO idea it would----I jsut knew you liked that type of plant it is looking VERY nice I must say---I think you have a green thumb Lynne.
