"Grace without perfection is more to be desired than perfection without grace."
The thing about Colby is that he's so sweet and easy to be around. His sister, Darbi, is high maintenance some of the time. When we went to the 4th of July parade at 1:00 in the blazing heat Darbi complained some but Colby never did. He finally said to his sister, "Darbi, this is like exercise and everybody needs exercise." That was all he said about the heat. He looks exactly like my ex husband - only shorter.
You know, when you're in a situation for so long it begins to seem like normal, like it's supposed to be that way. I guess it's like living in an abusive situation. You sort of come to expect it. Now that I'm out of that situation I can't believe I stayed 7 years AND I don't know why it has to be that way. Those supervisors don't have the training to supervise and they feed off each other. They're insecure because they don't know what they're doing. There are a lot of good, hardworking people working there. If the supers would leave them alone the work would get done but they can't seem to do it.
So, Suzy. Are you saying you sound about the same???
