I've decided to embark on a new adventure with my jade plant. I've had this plant almost from the beginning. it started out a wee little thing. It is now in a 10 inch pot and overhangs it on all sides. I've taken cuttings and cut it back a great deal when I had to move. Surprise of surprises it is still with me and healthy.

Now I've decided to take one of it's larger trunks and try to have it grow in a tree form. I know the tree forms are very fragile but I want to give it a shot. So I cut the piece that I wanted after it's set of roots Buried the roots deep in the new pot and put in stakes on two sides of it to sandwich into an upright stance. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm excited about this project.
