I love the green in this plant and it's growing fast. It must be some kind of ivy or vine plant, but that's all I can tell. Can anyone identify it for me.

Yes angelblossom the leaves do feel a bit like leather and they're very shiny too. I just planted this from some vines I cut off of someone else's plant. They thought it was a mini rubber tree or ivy. I want the name of this plant so badly already cuz it's growing fast and I need to know what I can do with it to keep it under control. Sure hope someone can identify it.

I have to agree with Plants 'n Pots reply to you,, it's a Peperomia specie, succulant, Click on this link,, there are pictures there,, and care instructions,, it looks like yours is the Peperomia obtusifolia next to the last row of pictures second from the right! http://succulent-plant.com/families/piperaceae/peperomia.html

angelblossom I think you are right. After Plants'n Pots mentioned this name I went and looked it up, it really looks like one of the peperomia plants. I found a picture that is almost identical to mine. Thanks everyone for helping me out here.
