Cool, Jiffy. You got a good deal there. And you've done well by them too. Looking good.

It is wonderful that you posted this; good pics of happy plants. I think people sometimes forget that plants work on a different (slower!) time line than us animals. Plants/gardening/... teach us patience, sometimes a hard lesson to learn. Please post again in another 4/6/8 months, or so; and show us the the change. Thanks again, blessings of life and growth upon you all!

thumbup Fantastic! I love those pictures. I have been thinking of putting some of my sux together too. Once I put a gasteria, haworthia, facauria and a winter growing aloe together. They were all winter growers. I noticed one day that the aloe had taken over more than half the pot in a very short time. I got nervous and separated them. I think I will try it again though. Probably next spring after I've learned which of my newer sux are winter growers and which are summer growers. I'm gonna keep that aggressive aloe by itself though. nono

Margaret, it's funny that you'd metion that plants teach us patience. I had just posted that elsewhere. I guess I'm not the only person who feels that way. :-)

well, i will tell you. the window they are in front of faces southwest and has no window covering. so they get good light every afternoon.

and they don't get much water because they are in a place that i forget to water them (that is why THEY are there instead of something else - i've killed a few things there lol )

and i love it because i can turn the planter when i feel like it and if i need a plant for a trade, i just yank one out! thumbup

Jiffy, they have grown beautifully. I love seeing pictures before, and then after.

Cinta, you have some beautiful plants. I love that succulent which has the red edge around each petal!!!
