A while back I bought some yellow almost orange Tomato's. While slicing I threw some seeds into some dirt they grew well and today they are blooming. The below photo's are two different plants except for the one taken with my cell phone hope you can make it out.

The blooms are a cross between blue and purple.

That is sooooooo weird Jimmy but cool,,,,,,, I did a search for blue/purple bloom from tomato plants but only came up with purple Cherokee tomato, but you said it was a red tomato these seeds came from right?? It will be interesting what kind of tomato develops!!!!!!

Yeah, the leaves are strange....they don't look tomato-ish. I'll be interested to see what happens with the plant. thumbup

Well I ate the tomato's the seeds came from I am still alive. I bought them at the store. They were yellow Tomato's about 2 inch around.

My neighbors have one of those and it's huge. They look very much like tomato blooms, but then the center is yellow. The fruit is more elliptical than spherical too, about 3/16" long.
