I'm looking after a plant for a friend; I think it's a begonia (small yellow
flowers, quite dark leaves). Over the last few weeks the leaves have got sticky, and there are little white things all over it. The plant itself seems ok, although it's not flowering that much.
Does anyone have any ideas what these things are, and what I should do about them (other than just give the plant back!)?
Also, where is the best place to keep the plant? I have had it on a sunny kitchen windowsill, but a friend suggested it might like a cooler, darker spot.
I'd be grateful for any advice!
