Their call is, "Chewy!, Chewy!". I always get excited, thinking that they have found some caramel covered apples.

thanks for you comment on my picture Thorn. I've always liked taking pictures and have always fed the birds but you have really gotten me into the bird photos. Your pictures are always so clear.

Always so Clear ?!? You should see the 90% I hang my head in shame over. They are blurred, terribly out of focus, or messed up in other ways. I scream for joy if I get even 1 out of 50 that is good enough to post. When I talk to some of the world's best nature photographers, they tell me that they are happy if the get ONE good shot for every thirty they take.

Thorn .............no shame......Fun.
One reason ......we get so excite when we see the thing we are hunting, and we forget all the rules....i do.. daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
What the heck it is fun trying.......Know it is more fun that we dont have to go get them developed to see the mess.

We can look ourselves.. Also we cannot get a true view in the sun , on our moniters........

Hear enough? Dumb me always forget to take off the sun glasses .. I have the ones who darken themselves ......Talk about a weirdo..

Weirdo witch women.. lol

Number one rule of photography - ALWAYS keep the sun behind you.

Number two rule of photography - NEVER shoot against they sky...unless you are following Rule Number One. ALWAYS try for a dark background.

Sure you can!

Sialis is the scientific name for a bluebird. The FULL scientific name for a bluebird is Siala Sialis . No, I am not one to learn and use scientific names...not even for plants and birds...but I DO know a few.

Also that poem is the words to a Mississippi Delta Blues song (That I wrote). It must be song in a gravely voice, full of sadness and misery, played on a $3.00 Sears & Roebuck Guitar, using a "bottlenecking" technique.

Thanks Thorn!! Uhhh...can I change that word to just 'bird' or 'bluebird'?? I don't think it changes the rythym any. Everyone might not know that word, anymore than I did. why

(Also that poem is the words to a Mississippi Delta Blues song (That I wrote). It must be song in a gravely voice, full of sadness and misery, played on a $3.00 Sears & Roebuck Guitar, using a "bottlenecking" technique. ) That's funny!
Can I add that to your credit? It's wonderful.

Dodge...there you go again?!?! why touched ......go take a picture!

Actually I took thes about a mile from my house, within walking distance. There are 4 or 5 that live across the street from my house, but they are much harder to get close to.
