I just love my Camellia! :ding: clap It's actually hardy in my zone and right now only a few blooms are open, if a frost doesn't kill them then they'll all be open soon--it's covered in buds! And thru the year I like the glossy green leaves. Here's a few pics I took today.

Loz, I have that camellia and 3 more.. They haven't done a thing . Only a foot tall for 2 years now.. What treatment do you give them?

No treatment at all Barb. I bought it at about 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall though. It's always flowered for me. why

It's one of my favorite bushes when the frost doesn't kill the buds.

Maybe yours needs a few more years to grow a little bigger......

I don't think these smell Scott, but I'll check later. thumbup

Mine is sun until about 1-2pm---the it gets shade the rest of the day. They flower once a year in the fall.
