I have no idea. It helps to see leaves and then something for scale so we can tell how large the flowers/plants are.

Is it growing in or around water? Epilobium hirsutum is a semi aquatic plant. It does look like it might be.

That's right. It grows in a marsh zone, near Phragmites australis.
