If anyone can help me I would be so grateful. My husband bought me a Split Leaf for Valentines Day, well the pot was so small compared to the size of my plant. I got online and researched if and how to repot this beautiful plant. Well, I am ashamed to say that all that remains of this once full of life plant, are NUBS and dirt. I used to have such a green thumb, but the last 3 to 4 years I have become the grim reaper of house plants.
I separated the roots and planted them in different pots. I think the pots are too big and that maybe I should have just replanted as one in the much bigger pot. Can any body, please tell that I can save whats left, and if so, how can I do it without making it worse on them. boohoo

Desperate, but very ashamed,
Cricket

Welcome, Cricket! Good luck with the plant, and please don't be too hard on yourself!
