You know Dodge, sometimes when they show the top photo and about five runners up, I have not seen some of them during the voting process either!! I go on there everyday and vote and it seems like I see the same pictures all the time!!

I always vote for yours and Thornius and Bestofour

And on others, sometime I have to vote for something I don't like just so I won't have to vote for something I can't stand!!! They won't change pictures unless you vote for one or the other. I've even tried to trick them and shut the PC off, then log back into UP hoping I will get two new pics...but they give me the same two that I don't want to vote for!!! I think that's crappy!! No wonder some bad ones are runners up!!! Also, I have had the same picture come up two or three times during my voting without seeing new ones!!!

It really isn't very fair, and several of us complain about it in the forum there.

I've voted for a bunch of pictures I didn't like just to get to the next one. It seems that some people take pictures of their children and post them there.

Yeah so many of the pictures are...LIKE...here is little Johnny. Isn't he cute? And these are my two furbabies, Rufus and Rascal. They are a couple of scamps.

I wanna see pictures that make me say, "WOW!!!", Not just look at a flat boring picture of somebody's family. Family pictures are GREAT......but NOT in a photo contest!

Give me the colorful, the original, the imaginative, the creative. I like pictures that make me say, "What the....???!!!!"

Yes, my bird pictures fall into some of my flatter categories, but I try to capture the beauty and unique behavior trait of the birds I post. Many people on these sites are in Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand and what we take for everyday birds, they have never seen. They are THRILLED to see North American birds. I, on the other side of the coin, don't get to see many of their common birds. I am thrilled to see birds and sights around their homes. That's what makes these sites so much fun.

Wedding photos? You HAVE wedding photos? My wife and I were married by the Justice of the Peace, who owned the jewelry store in the town where we lived. That was 36 years ago.

All we did was marry in church an eat at his moms.. No big deal , I was too scared and bashful to appear in public in fancy white gowns.
