I guess I'm outta here for the night. Brennan is having a fit for me to come up stairs with him while he goes to sleep. I've had a time with him today. And I need to get to bed so I can get up early and vote for the next President of the United States! I'm so excited!!

I think it's so sad that Obama's grandma died one day before her grandson possibly becomes the next president. From everything he said about their relationship it doesn't sound like she could have been anymore proud of him than she already was, though.

Been up for awhile - Mom just got up so gotta get breakfast for her... Joe took a couple extra days off and is doing the school runs now--
We got rain last night- just a little and it is cold today... winter is on his way I think- we were really spoiled it held off this long.... mountains are getting a lot of snow and it may actually come down here today...
Well gotta go get Mom food and coffee--

well just about the same could be said for the weather here--on day you n eed a coat the next day youare digging out your shorts.

BUT we do not have the spectacular views you have.

They have go to add years to a persons life span--(they are so relaxing)

Warm here today! Hard to believe it's really November, I have the door opened up to the screen door.

Mom got her new fridge finally today! Here's dad posing with it. It's nice because although it looks like stainless steel it doesn't get the fingerprints on it like stainless steel does. The things that excite us women!

I like those fridge surfaces too, brushed steel. Easy to keep clean. Mine are both white (not so clean). Congratulations Faye.

It is a nice fridge. Mine are white too and I know one thing, they won't be next time.....next time I'll be sure to get black. Mom couldn't get one too big because they had that built in fridge cubby made for the old one.

Our fridge is the color that they call biscuit in the appliance world and so is our oven but I don't know what I will get next.

My appliances are white. I had thought of stainless steel but my cousin said she got one and she could NOT keep it clean, and it made her crazy ans I shoujld stay away form the SS.

So I got white.----If there is a next time we shall see what happens.

I do house cleaning and absolutely hate the s.s. appliances! we have the wipes the spray on stuff and the s.s. is a big big pain to even GET clean. the humidity and temperature seems to make a diff too, as to wether you can get the streaks out. I can't imagine having it in my own house and having to look at it after some one touched it.
they do look nice though when they are shinned up.

Yes, that is the number of CH's we have had. A lot of gabbing goes on. I have seen us fill up 5-6 in one evening.

The fingerprints with stainless steel would drive mom CRAZY with a capital C.....that's why that one is anti fingerprints....we tested, it really doesn't show anything.... I'd imagine it would be a major pain in the rear having to wipe them all down all the time.

We have all gabbed a lot haven't we?

I think the black appliances are worse for prints, Loz. My neighbor got black and I don't much care for it. Water spots really show up on it.
