I put my madagascar dragon tree outside every summer and bring it back inside before it frosts. HOWEVER this year I left it out for three or four nights of below freezing temperatures. It is now inside, but ALL the leaves are falling off. It looks sad. Have I killed it or will it come back? JenA

I m not sure of the needs of your tree. I live in so California. And all of my plants are outside. We do have occasional freezes that appear to wipe out our more tender plants. But although they look quite ragged for a while, most come back for me. I hope this is the case with you tree. Most of the green leaves that freeze leave my plants and sometimes the greener twigs. But new life can be seen after a few weeks. I never throw anything out until it is quite dead down to the roots.

From your dracaena look for new growth from the base. That is how my frozen ones came back last year.
