After Thanksgiving was all said and done this year, I like alot of people had a refridgerator full of leftovers. So I concocted the following which ended up being a big hit at our home.

left over Turkey broth
leftover meat torn up
left over egg noodles
left over gravy
All thrown into a large pot...add water, salt and pepper to taste

Being my boyfriend is a meat and potatoe kind of guy I didn't add anything else, but you could add corn, diced potatoes, celery, and sliced carrots.

I took the pot up to his Families and come home with nothing but sweet potaotes.

I stuck a big container of broth, meat and gravy in the freezer. When I thaw it out, I'll add the egg noodles & other options mentioned. This sounds much better to me than many of the other recipes I've read.

Thanks.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
