I love to watch the sky Terry,,,,, I was on the phone the other day with a friend from across the U.S, and she said there is something really bright in the sky,, and it's not a star,,,,,,,, She was thinking planet,,,,,, Apparently she was right,,,,,,, I'll have to look at the sky at work tonight right before I go home at dusk,,,, Thanks for the reminder and the Pictures,,

I, too, love to watch the sky at night, and can't wait for Don to set up the humungous telescope that my cousin gave him last fall. Thanks so much for sharing your pictures, Terry, and identifying what we might be seeing in the skies!
I just noticed, I made a mistake in my first post. I should have said that JUPITER and Mercury would be 1.2 degrees apart tomorrow evening (12/31) NOT the moon and Mercury.
