Woke up this morning and the house and apparently the whole town was enveloped in a thick soft gray fog. At least I didn't have my usual migraine headache that usually accompanies fog. I thought the view from my window was so pretty yet melancholy at this time of the morning. Love the little dewlet drops from the fig tree branches.[Linked Image]

Also thought that I would put this photo up of the poster/picture that my husband made and gave me for Christmas. It is me and my 4 legged babies. Some of them are gone across the rainbow bridge now. Oh yes, I am the one in the center. I am in my SQUIRREL Halloween costume. My tail is the large gray thing behind me that I am resting on.[Linked Image]

I love fog too, unless I'm driving. And the collage is a great gift. It is fun to have a peek into your world.

Well, you can't see what my husband has written on the little white strip on my picture but it says "I am crazy and I can prove it". I guess he knows me best!

Well squirrels are "nutty" right?

That is a great collage - looks like you've had/have many wonderful fur babies to love. We like them here as well.

That could be the view out my window today too - it's very dreary out, which is just as well, because I must have your headache today, Memosa...

So sorry to hear that you have my headache. I really wouldn't wish it on anyone! But the fog has lifted at last and now all the birdies and squirrels are out playing. Here is one of my outdoor fuzzers grooming herself.

Oh yes, and while I was outside this morning I found the first and only four leaf clover since we moved into this neighborhood 10 years ago! I hope this really does mean good luck because so far this year has been a little bit of a downer for me.

I couldn't bring myself to actually pick it so I dug it up and planted it. Hope it will continue to grow big after all there were some clovers almost twice as large in my yard. I am hoping that Weasley gnome will take good care of it for me.

Fig trees are so pretty without their leaves. I took pictures one dreary winter morning outside my bathroom window of 2 of our fig trees and my husband hand them framed. They're hanging in our foyer. Everyone comments on them.

Dreary and rainy here today too. Thankfully no headache. Lots of time my head hurts according to the barometric pressure.

Love your gnome.

They are predicting some sever thunder storms here today and they must be correct. I awoke this morning at 4:30 am with a wee bit of a pressure kind of feeling in my head. Then when the sun came up I could see clouds moving by rapidly. I tried to get some pictures but without video the clouds were moving to rapidly for me to get any good shots.
The squirrels sure were out playing hard this morning and there were sea gulls but the hundreds it seemed swooping overhead and cawing. Again I wish I had a video with sound so that you could hear them. I love the sound of sea gulls. I get tickled at them because if you are on the beach or in their area some where and there maybe only one gull around but if you toss a hand full of chips or something into the air it only takes another toss or two and there will be droves of them bombarding your head.

Nope, I am along the Gulf Coast! I have only been in PA once when I was 18 and I have to admit if I were going to live somewhere in the upper part of our country it would be a little town I was in briefly named New Hope. I did absolutely fall in love with that little community but alas I am a more Tropical type person. In fact I would rather be living in the Keys in a little community called Islamoroda.

Fortunately for me and my sinus problems we didn't get the white stuff. It cut off just about Alabama and I live in Florida. They don't call us the Sunshine State for nothing! but to be truthful It has been COLD here a few nights. We were down in the mid 20s a week or so before Christmas and I was considering asking Santa for a down fill snow suit just for the warmth factor.

It is chilly but sunny here today. I think it's supposed to get down to 10 degrees tonight though. I'm actually ready for a little cold. Hopefully it will kill some of these lady bugs that are swarming my house.

Oh no, I think I will take the cute ladybugs. I woke up this morning to low to mid 30s' and thought that I was never gong to warm up. I could hardly crawl out from under the covers to take the pooches out for their morning jobs and when the air hit them it was a battle to get them to do what they needed to do out there. They almost threw me down beating me back in the house. AND THEY HAVE FUR COATS ON!

it was 31 here this morning but not windy. It's sunny and crisp outside. I like this type of weather.
