I found this site while looking up rock garden plants. I am from the cold state of Minnesota.
Actually I'm quite confused about how to use this group...

A big Ola from the gulf coast! So 'rock garden'....are you interested in growing cactus in rocks?...in minn?

Very funny. I can tell you are a Texan. You don't have to have cactus in a rock garden. Mostly any small-ish plants that like great drainage and will tolerate your climate (or you bring them in for winters).
