It looks like a Downy Woodpecker to me, but it's really hard to tell, not being able to judge the size. Downys are about 6 inches, while Hairys are more like 9 inches long. Probably a female as there doesn't appear to be any red on it.
I might be wrong though, after zooming in, it looks like the bill might be too long to be a Downy. Hairy woodpeckers have longer bills.

I didn't see any red on it at all,, when I went out side it went further up in the tree alls I could see was white and black??

It appears to be a Hairy or a Downy. Without getting a good look at the bill I can't say for certain.
