Check your ground night temp...if above 40F. you can try Spinach, Snow Peas,Onions (from sets)Radishes, collards, cabbage(plants,)potatoes,lettuce, broccoli and carrots too.
You're lucky..I still have three weeks to go before I can do the same here.
My dad always begins in late February, early march, but most years he has to replant. Lucky for him he has a nice green house, so if he loses a few plants is no big deal for him. I wait unitl he has a nice garden started, and then I begin.----
