I think it is a Finch but not sure, i have never seen them here my first one's so pretty they are

That is an American Goldfinch in Winter plumage.
Kingdoms RAGE and go to war...but the PEasants plant potatoes.. EARTH FIRST! (we'll strip-mine the OTHER planets later.)

Zooming in, the last one looks like it could be a Carolina Wren.
