I came upon these pictures when I was reviewing one of my backup CDs. They're from last summer when I couldn't post because of computer problems.

This is an Eastern Phoebe. Phoebes occasionally nest in my shed, but not last year. I think this was the only Phoebe I saw all summer.

Eastern Kingbird. This is the first and only Kingbird I've seen since moving up on the Blue Ridge. I used to see them regularly when I lived down in Franklin County, pre 1993.
