Ihave 3 jasmine plants, They all grow like crazy. I can't get them to bloom. The first plant I planted 3 years ago it grew and flowered like crazy. I planted the other 2. 1 gets about 8 hours of sun, the others get around 4 to 6 hours. They are all in the ground. I backed on watering only when dry. I fertilized with liquid every month didn't help. I live in zone 9 in Loisiana. Could the summers be to hot to get them to bloom.

probably not gatekeeper. the question i have for you though is what kind of jasmine are they? if they are the white, very fragrant, star or confederate jasmine or star jasmine, they aren't getting enough sun. even my carolina jessamine (which is not true jasmine, but is often called jasmine) gets filtered sunlight all day and blooms best if it is in full or afternoon sun. hope this helps.

by the way, star/confederate jasmine will bloom in zone 10, where i have lived before, which is why i said probably not the heat.

I live in NC and don't have a problem with heat either.

Are you pruning your plants? Maybe at the wrong time?

I would stop fertilizing.
