Hello, I'll just introduce myself as an early '50s model . I'm in Saline county Missouri with a two acre lot to play with. This is where I grow my ever present weed patch with a few veggies thrown in.

Welcome, Nelson. From a late fifties Californian. Or was that an age or a DOB? If DOB I'm early '50's myself.

Jonni, the '50s is the model yr, but I ain't older than dirt. Been weedin more than 50 years. Thanks for the welcome.

Carol, you beat me by 4 months. I lived just west of Prairietown, back in the '50s, went to 1st thru 3rd grade at Moro, 4th and 5th grade at Midway.
Sheri, After an extended sick leave I feel like I'm dirt's GGrandpa.
Jiffy, I done went and sprung my chicken, it fried up real good.

I am 58. It sounds like we can learn a lot from you, Nelson so park your hat on the hat stand in the corner and stay awhile.
