Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. It looks very helpful. Here's my question. I have a Japanese style moss garden (small -- only about 9 sq. ft.). It looks very nice, but the birds (or squirrels??) keep pulling up the moss to look for bugs. Any ideas on how I can keep the critters out of the moss? Thanks,

interestng. I have moss in an area too and I've never noticed that but it's probably because I don't care. Since you care the critters are out to sabatage you. Is there some type of spray, like the stuff that keeps snakes away, or maybe moth balls that will keep them away?

Intereting. Moth balls...I never thought of that one. I didn't know there was an "anti-snake" spray. do you know a brand name?
